Returns & Refunds

At Synthetica Laboratories, we are committed to delivering research-grade peptides of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following returns and refunds policy.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect products, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@synthetica.store with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product(s)
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
2. Defective Products
If you believe a product does not meet the stated purity or specification as indicated on its Certificate of Analysis, please contact us with your batch number and details of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
3. Change of Mind
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity for resale.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
6. Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
