Free Shipping Over $150
Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.
Tracked & Insured
Every order includes full tracking and transit insurance.
1. Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Australian facility. Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST on business days (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control. Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
3. Free Shipping
Orders totalling $150 AUD or more qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
4. Tracking
Every order is shipped with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
5. Packaging
All products are shipped in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging to ensure product integrity during transit. Vials are individually protected to prevent breakage.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Synthetica ships within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside Australia, please check back for future updates.
7. Failed Deliveries & Lost Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for collection or redelivery. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at support@synthetica.store and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
